As the Founder and Owner of Hedges Consulting Group, I’m here to help you get better at what you do.

I’m passionate about energizing operations and developing teams. Over my nearly three decades long-career, one thing has been clear: change is constant. And in every instance, people are the engine behind success that sticks. I built Hedges Consulting Group to unite the twin powers of people and process to transform organizations from the inside out. I believe that leadership is a muscle that can be trained and strengthened—and that it is absolutely essential to do so.
